Manchester Health and Care Commissioning is a single commissioner for health and social care, comprising a partnership between Manchester Clinical Commissioning Group and Manchester City Council.

Manchester currently has 89 GP practices, three major hospitals, a mental health trust, citywide social care services, a range of health improvement services, and many voluntary and community organisations.

We wish to recruit to the Primary Care Team a motivated and enthusiastic Project Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives through our multi-year investment approach to primary care. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team and will provide support to ensure the delivery of a number of transformational projects to deliver a consistent, high quality population offer through our integrated neighbourhood working arrangements.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of primary care and will adhere to a robust project management approach to ensure that projects and programmes are planned and managed effectively to deliver value for money in a timely manner.
