Are you a highly motivated and committed Practice Nurse who is looking to become a part of a Leeds wide nursing team?

OnePrimaryCare deliver a number of patient centred Primary and Urgent Care services across the Leeds region, including Shakespeare Medical Practice, Wetherby Surgery, Westgate Surgery and The Light Surgery.

Our patient needs and demographic varies between each site, which places our Practice Nurses in the enviable position of having a primary base, with opportunities to work cross site to gain valuable experience and further develop their skillsets.

 

The role

We are looking for a forward thinking Practice Nurse who has experience of patients with a variety of long term health conditions, is comfortable with change and is keen to work in non-traditional care systems. You will have a passion for supporting patients to be healthy by utilising your skills in health prevention, screening and early management of long term health conditions. You will strive to continuously deliver quality, viable and safe services.

Our central support team is based in North Leeds, in the grounds of a working farm.
