The Ceredigion Local Primary Mental Health Support Service has exciting opportunities for Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses /and or other Registered Health Care Professionals.

We are open to job share applications and would consider part time applications. Some flexibility around working hours is required. You will be based in either Aberystwyth or Lampeter and work in GP practices across Ceredigion.

The role includes carrying out a high volume of telephone and face to face assessments and delivering evidence based interventions for Adults. Other aspects of the role involve onward referrals to other health professionals and providing information and advice to GP's, service users, their families and carers about services that are available to them in the community.

Applicants must have an interest in developing skills in Psychological Therapies.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work individually or as part of a team.
