IT Service Desk Analyst

 

An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and self-motivated IT Service Desk Analyst to work within the IT function of City Health Care Partnership CIC. You will be expected to provide a wide range of first line technical support services, logging calls, taking ownership of service requests, ensuring they are recorded accurately and the appropriate resources are applied to enable resolution within the agreed service level agreements.

You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the customer will be kept up to date with status and progress, escalating and liaising with other service providers for requests requiring specialist help.

Applicants should have some experience of working within a call centre and an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. You should also be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to express solutions and ideas to end users clearly and in a non-technical manner. Experience of working in a corporate networked environment, working with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 onwards, a good knowledge of printers and PC architecture, as well as being able to take on the responsibility for sourcing and ordering IT equipment for our estate is essential.

 

The post may require you to visit various locations throughout our estate, therefore it is essential that candidates have a full UK driving licence with business use insurance cover.
