Staff Nurse - Poppy and Rose Wards

Calling all Mental Health, RCN and LD Nurses. Come and be part of our friendly and supportive team within Gosport War Memorial Hospital.

It’s an exciting time to join us as we expand our nursing team, and you will have a role to play as we aspire to provide excellent patient care. You will be a registered Mental Health, RCN or LD nurse with relevant experience, who is able to demonstrate a passion for the care of patients and their families.


To support you within your role, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust have an excellent learning and development program to help further develop your clinical and leadership skills. The trust knows that supporting, developing and nurturing their staff leads to outstanding patient care. We are committed to support the development of your career and have a competency based approach to clinical training and development, which will ensure you are able to apply your newly developed skills in a safe and effective way.


All staff will be asked to work flexibly across a range of day and night shifts providing care to older people with functional mental health needs or with dementia.
