Fantastic opportunities to join a friendly, highly-rated and forward thinking Theatre Team within a specialist stand-alone Children’s Hospital. Seeking Senior Theatre Support workers.

We are currently seeking to build our team to support our expanding activity within Operating Theatres. We would encourage any potential applicants to contact us and arrange a visit of the department where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and meet staff currently in the role.

Our team works across many paediatric specialities including: Neurosurgery, Spinal surgery, ENT, Gastroenterology, Orthopaedics, Trauma, Paediatric surgery (General/Urology/Thoracic), Plastics, Maxillofacial Surgery, Radiology, Paediatric Dentistry. We have recently built 2 new state of the art theatres including our dedicated intra-operative MRI Neurosurgery Theatre.

We seek individuals who have a drive and determination to make a difference and provide high standards of patient care.

Flexible working patterns and part time contracts can be considered.

In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£49). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
