We aim to improve local health services and respond to the health needs of everyone in the area by ensuring patients and the public are at the heart of all the decision making.


We are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our finance team to support the development of robust financial strategies and lead the financial support to the Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) Programme across the two CCGs. In this role you will develop and maintain CCG financial plans to support and influence current and future decision making. Excellent inter personal skills to liaise with budget holders and QIPP Programme Management Office as well as solid experience of year end accounting standards and reporting will be required.

The finance team are a joint team for South West Lincolnshire and South Lincolnshire CCGs which operate under one Chief Finance Officer and the two CCGs have one Accountable Officer. All staff have recently moved headquarters to a modern building with ample parking at Bridge House, The Point, Sleaford.

Our finance team have recently undergone a restructuring which has created additional posts to ensure the finance team have capacity and skills to fully support and influence organisation decisions and innovation. Our finance team shared vision is

This post is offered as full time 37.5 hours a week over 5 days Monday to Friday.

 

The interview process will include a test and/or presentation by the candidate followed by interview questions from an interview panel. Interviews will be held at the CCG headquarters.
