Are you a nurse with a passion for ensuring high quality, recovery focused care is delivered to adults with severe and complex mental health difficulties in the community? If so, this is the right position for you.




Ealing Recovery Team West is an all age recovery mental health service based in the London borough of Ealing. The team is currently going through an exciting transformation towards clinical pathways, so that we can continue to strive to deliver high quality, evidence based interventions to our service users and their carers. As a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse, you will have an active role in delivering high quality interventions and care, managing a caseload of service users with complex needs, supervising junior staff and being an active member of the multidisciplinary team, who will help shape the service. The team is a multidisciplinary integrated health and local authority services, so you will need to have an understanding of the current policies and drivers for health and social care.




We are looking for enthusiastic nurses, who can demonstrate commitment, innovation, and a positive attitude. You will need excellent communication and documentation skills. The ability to reflect and think critically about practice, are also essential skills in this role. You will need to think on your feet and demonstrate excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills are also essential for this position.


The position would suit a candidate with excellent clinical skills, who is motivated to enhance their career in community mental health nursing.

Registered Nurses are required to produce their current NMC Revalidation documents/Portfolio at the assessment centre for verification, unless you are a newly qualified nurse from University.
