Work as a key member of a professional, friendly and committed Paramedic-led training team. Acting as a Lead Trainer in the team, you role will be to provide high quality training to a wide range of customers predominantly across the north east, and potentially across the UK.

Provide care-focused training to public and private sector customers including; Emergency First Aid at Work, Conflict Resolution Training, CPR, AED, Anaphylaxis, Manual Handling (Objects, and people), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Intermediate Life Support (ILS), and Trauma Care.

Support the development of new training courses, undertaking appropriate research to ensure the clinical content is up to date and accurate.

Take a leading role in team days reviewing and improving the training syllabus.

Be a fully UK HCPC certified Paramedic, with training experience, a level 4 certificate in Education (CertEd, PTTLs, etc.), and a level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), or be willing to work to this.

Be caring, motivated and passionate about the learning journey for attendees of training.
