Sunderland and South Tyneside Community Treatment Teams have a number of Community Practitioner (Band 6) roles available.

As Community Practitioner, you will be caring and compassionate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team as well working autonomously with a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care and treatment. 

Our services support patients with mental health needs and it is expected that you will have skills and knowledge of working with a wide range of mental health conditions including psychosis and non-psychosis. 

It is essential that you have a professional qualification in the field of health and or social care and registered with the relevant professional body.
