An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning and ambitious Organisational Development(OD) team. In joining our team, you will help support those providing life-saving operations and treatments. Put simply this is an opportunity to save and improve patients’ lives.

 

As a member of our dynamic OD team you will role model our organisational values: Caring, Expert and Quality and bring our people strategy to life. You will lead OD, Leadership and Talent initiatives across the organisation and in doing so, play a vital part in our remit.

 

We are looking for a self-starter, to act as an internal OD consultant. You will hold a relevant Master’s degree, be a qualified coach (ideally at level 7) and either current membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or a PGCE, which is essential in this role. You will have a proven track record of bringing about positive results, by using organisational development interventions to work with senior managers and colleagues at all levels.

 

The successful candidate may be located at any of our main centres - Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Barnsley (Sheffield/Leeds initially) or London (Colindale), final location to be agreed with successful candidate

 

The flexibility to travel away from base on a regular basis is also a requirement and some overnight stays may be required.

 

Above all, you will have the in-depth knowledge and experience of OD, Leadership, Coaching and Talent Development to significantly and positively impact our Organisation.
