Conolly Ward is seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) who is committed to providing high-quality care. We are offering a permanent role to work alongside our current nursing staff and be part of the multi-disciplinary team that really delivers. Conolly Ward is the only male acute ward within the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust which is AIMS accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists. It is a 19 bedded male-only acute ward with an additional one bed allocated for emergency admissions. The ward is for adults between the ages of (18-65) who are experiencing acute mental health difficulties. Applications are invited from highly motivated and dynamic candidates with a “can do” attitude to deliver the Trust’s Vision and Values and help to improve our patient experience within acute care services. This is an exciting and challenging role that will afford the successful candidate to work as part of a supportive team that is focused on delivering high standards of care through evidence-based practice.

You will be joining a forward-thinking Trust, where, within the last 6 months our team was rated as ‘Good’ in a recent CQC Comprehensive Inspection, whilst the Trust was rated, as ‘outstanding’ in well-led and as ‘Good’ overall. Conolly ward has continued our journey of service improvement, undergoing a range of service transformations, and delivering high standards of care for our patients.

We offer 24-hour services within our Inpatient, Bed management, PCDU, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have been specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours inclusive of nights and weekends and public holidays and shift patterns.
