Continue your Occupational Therapy journey by becoming the Lead Occupational Therapist for Adult Acute In Patient Care.

A great opportunity to combine leadership and clinical skills, being part of a multidisciplinary team in this specialist area of mental health.
The post holder will work across the Adult In Patient Service – leading the occupational therapy services provided across the county.

The role of the Occupational Therapist is highly valued by the service, and plays a vital part in assessment and treatment of patients experiencing acute mental health, preparing and supporting discharge from hospital.
The post holder will lead the dedicated Therapy Team which consists of Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physiotherapist, Physiotherapy Assistant and Activity Co-ordinators.

The Trust is a great place to work as an Occupational Therapist. You will have access to clinical and professional supervision on a both 1: 1 and group basis. Mentoring / coaching is also available from the Associate Director of Allied Health Professions or Consultant Occupational Therapist. We also offer a range of CPD opportunities to enable you to further develop your skills in relation to your role and profession.
