Children’s Services are looking to recruit a full time MDT coordinator to support both our tertiary and secondary epilepsy services based within paediatric neurology at LTHT.


The successful candidate will be expected to arrange MDT meetings with both teams as well as take accurate minutes and distribute in a timely manner. The successful candidate would then be responsible for coordinating follow up actions for the patients such as booking appointments/ chasing scan results etc. so the ability to manage your own work load while working as part of a larger team is essential.


Candidates should also have experience of working with databases as the coordinator will be expected to input figures to assist with a national audit so attention to detail and good time management skills are also key, as well as being able to communicate efficiently with other members of the team.


Other elements of the role will include assisting with NorCESS referrals and helping with the coordination of the pathway for patients who may require surgery and supporting the wider admin teams if needed.


This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week.
