Are you an accredited Autism Assessor? Would you like flexibility to choose when you work?

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled autism assessor to join our team utilising bank hours. This role will help support our existing team with adult autism assessment across Lincolnshire. We are looking for candidates who have experience of working with Autistic adults who may have complex unmet needs. The post holder will be experienced in leading the assessment of Autism in adults using structured tools. The post holder will have the ability undertake assessments via face to face or virtual meetings while also having the ability to discuss cases in the weekly Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Meetings.

The MDT is clinically led by a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Lead who supports operational, strategic, and clinical delivery of the pathway, along with our Service Manager and Team Co-ordinator. We work as an MDT to provide high quality, NICE compliant autism assessments. Our MDT is comprised of nurses, speech & language therapist, occupational therapist, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, assistant practitioners, assistant psychologist, and peer support workers.
