37.5hrs (08.30 – 17.00hrs) Per Week

 

Brief Description of Post:

 

A temporary vacancy has arisen within the Procurement Department for a Buyer/Procurement Assistant.

 

The successful applicant will support the Procurement team in the purchasing of Medical and Non-Medical goods for Wards/Departments throughout the Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

 

The essential requirements for the job are:

 

  1. Excellent communication skills at all levels
  2. The ability to learn and follow processes and a ‘can do’ attitude
  3. GCSE English and Maths
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  5. Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management.

 

On the job training will be provided.
