Ward Clerk

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Out of Hours Ward Clerk, 27 hours per week on a rolling rota 8pm to 8am, based at The Walton Neurology Centre.

Range of duties will vary from;
• Creating TCIs, Admitting, transferring & discharging patients
• Ensuring correct demographics are obtained and updated for patients
• Making case notes/printing appropriate identification bands etc.
• Pulling of case notes and TCI notes
• Filing across all wards
• Holding bleep for emergency admissions
• Reporting of any DATIX incidents
• Assisting with telephone enquirers

All positions at The Walton Centre are subject to a 6 month probationary period.
