We are looking for a Personal Safety Lead to join a high performing and motivated Risk and Governance team. This is truly an exciting time to be joining this outstanding service and organisation. The successful candidate will be the operational lead for personal safety, including training, within the organisation.
We are looking for a leader who has credibility, a passion for working with all types of challenges and can inspire and motivate teams, playing a key part in the continuing development of the services.
This post provides a fabulous opportunity for the right person to shine and make a positive contribution to both the department and The Walton Centre.

All positions at The Walton Centre are subject to a 6 month probationary period.
