Are you committed to delivering high standards of individualised patient care? Are you frustrated because you don’t have enough time to spend with your clients? Then come and join our rapidly developing service. We are a team of dedicated qualified nurses and care staff who provide comprehensive care for children and adults with continuing, complex health care / high dependency care needs.

 

The main focus of the post will be to provide one to one care for an individual patient in their own home / community settings in and around the Stoke, Stafford and Burton areas. Our patients have specialist care requirements (for example, ventilation/ tracheostomy care) and need one to one care. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right applicants.

 

The post holder will be expected to work flexibly over 7 days and nights on a rota across a range of shifts. We provide day shifts and waking night shifts. Previous care experience is essential (child/ health/ or social care experience).

 

COMPLEX CARE SUPPORT WORKER – Band 3

 

Base: Stafford – (Northwest)

 

BAND 3 £20,330 to £21,777 pro-rata plus enhancements for any unsociable hours worked

 

Part time or Full time hours considered - to be worked flexibly.

 

The post-holder will provide care to patients with complex health needs in community settings. Healthcare and/ or Nursery Nurse experience and an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent is essential. The successful applicant will have 24/7 support from qualified staff.
