A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Inclusion Visions for you to join a dynamic team committed to supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues living within Thurrock The role of Team Leader will be to line manage and provide support advice and guidance to a team of recovery workers and community connectors, whilst having responsibility for the day to day running of the service.

At Inclusion, we support people across the country with substance misuse issues. We are looking for a Team Leader who is skilled and experienced with leading a team. You must have experience of working within a substance misuse and a commitment to working in line with the current Drug Strategy. You will have a through knowledge and understanding of recovery based interventions and have strong organisational abilities. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to be flexible in a fluid and dynamic environment
