Are you an enthusiastic administrator who is looking to join a supportive and dynamic team which thrives on improving the lives of Dorset residents? We are looking for a full time administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term/secondment to support the Commissioning and Contracting function within the Primary and Community Care Team.

In order to be successful for this position you will need to have strong administrative skills to include the use of Microsoft packages, diary management, setting up meetings and minute taking. Knowledge and experience of working within a healthcare environment is desirable though not essential.

You will be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, have a confident telephone manner and be able to resolve issues quickly.

As the successful candidate you will have attention to detail, be able to think logically, follow processes, work efficiently and in a calm and organised manner as well as possess the ability prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines.

You will be joining a positive, highly motivated, supportive and proactive Primary and Community Care team. You will have the opportunity to work from Vespasian House, Dorchester or Canford House, Poole, however the team work across the two sites.

We are moving to a hybrid model of working; a mix of home and office based, please consider this when applying.

There may be a requirement to travel, as the successful candidate will need to visit premises across Dorset. A car driver is therefore essential.
