We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Team Leader to join our Front of House team. This role is a based in our Main Hospital site (W1G 6BW). We are also offering a competitive salary for this role plus a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile

  • Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 40hours per week.
  • Salary:Competitive
  • Location:Main Hospital Site, 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW (Baker Street and Regents Park stations)

Key Duties

  • To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, consultants, staff and visitors in the Consulting Houses
  • To manage a team of staff to effectively deliver the day to day operation of all key Front of House operations and the provision of all customer support services
  • To take overall responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant Manager – Front of House
  • To provide management of the day to day operations of the Front of House team, maintaining the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations
  • The development of both Front of House Services team personnel and the introduction and implementation of department processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered

 

Skills &Experience

  • 3 years proven experience in a customer facing environment
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Experience in a customer facing supervisory role in either a 4/5 star Hotel or quality healthcare environment
