Barnsley Facilities Services (BFS) is a subsidiary company that is part of the Barnsley Hospital Group. BFS provides first class onsite estates, facilities and procurement services to Barnsley Hospital and the wider community.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Barnsley Facilities Services, Estates and Facilities Team at Barnsley Hospital in the role of Learning & Organisational Development Trainer. Working as part of the HR Team, the role of the Learning & Organisational Development Trainer is to deliver high quality Learning and Development interventions to individuals and groups at all levels within BFS and support key learning and development work streams and projects.

To provide support for engagement across BFS, actively participating in focus groups, leading workshops and contributing to HR providing a first-class service.

The Learning and Organisational Development Trainer will ensure that interventions developed and delivered meet the requirements detailed in the business plans and are adapted to meet the changing needs of the organisation. Contributing to the annual appraisal process and undertake training needs analysis.

As part of a small and dedicated HR team supporting Barnsley Facilities Services the individual will have the opportunity to develop skills across the total HR agenda becoming an integral part of the team.

To provide expert specialist advice and guidance to managers and staff relating to Learning and Organisational Development. Providing high quality training interventions, contributing to career and personal development, leading on the training and development service within BFS. Supporting and improving service provision, across BFS and its organisational development.

Standard Check:    £23.00 + Administration cost of £3.69 = deduction from salary as a one off payment.

Enhanced Check:  £40.00 + administration cost of £3.69 = £13.69 deduction from 1st months’ salary, £10.00 deduction from salary over following 3 months.
