An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our established and dedicated Estates team. In this role you will contribute to ensuring that Lincolnshire delivers a high-quality service that meets the needs of all our patients and families in line with Trust strategies.

The Estates Shared Service; Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) are looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to support the Mechanical and Electrcial teams within the Estates & Facilities service. Serving the needs of LPFT, LCHS, and other partnerships; the Maintenance Assistant will be a key member of the team, helping to ensure excellence standards in water quality are upheld.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and possess the ability to work on their own initiative. Whilst desirable, it is not essential that applicants have experience in working in a Healthcare environment.
