This is an exciting opportunity to join the admin team supporting the Inpatients Management Team for Acute services in Lincolnshire and undertake the role of Management Team Secretary at Peter Hodgkinson Centre, Lincoln.

We are looking for a pleasant, organized, efficient team player to join us in the role ofManagement Team Secretary. This is a permanent part time position of 22.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm – any 3 days including a Monday.

The successful applicant will be employed by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and will be based at the Peter Hodgkinson Centre, next to Lincoln County Hospital. The successful candidate will be committed to providing administrative support to the Inpatients Management Team for Acute services in ensuring continued service delivery.

In this role you will require excellent communication and IT skills as well as an eye for detail and accurate data recording. You also need to be an excellent team player with the initiative to work on your own and as part of an admin team. This is a fast paced division and extensive experience in minute taking and audio typing are essential.

The successful applicant will work as part of the admin team supporting Service Managers and their clinical staff (Modern Matrons, Ward Managers and Clinical Leads) who are overseen by the Associate Director of Operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to the team including a large volume of audio typing of minutes; copy typing; up keep of spreadsheets; diary management and arranging Teams meetings; recording data on Health Roster as well as any such tasks as may be required by the division. The service will provide regular supervision and training to support the candidate to achieve this.
