We provide mental health, learning disability and autism services to a local population of over 755,000 across 45 sites, as well as specialist services for children and young people.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the contract and commissioning approach within an NHS provider Trust. Changes to the Commissioning landscape require this role to bring commissioning expertise and an ability to change the organisational mindset within this arena.

The person for this role will have significant commissioning and contracting expertise, already have a range of toolkits to design and embed strategy, policies and processes within the existing contracting structures. In addition they will have a track record of working across multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships to support this change. Compassionate Leadership and expertise to support both the contracting team and operational colleagues in delivery of all required process and cultural changes will be required.

This is a fixed term / secondment opportunity for a minimum of 12 months. The results of this project work at the end of this timeframe is for a fuller understanding of the increased resource for the Contract Team. This role is applicable to hybrid working either with Lincoln or Sleaford as a main office base.
