We are looking to recruit a Service Manger for our Community CAMHS Service in Lincolnshire. Community CAMHS is part of our wider CYP Service Offer, ranging from emotional wellbeing support, right through to crisis and enhanced mental health services.

We are looking for a caring and compassionate leader to drive service change and improvement within our Community CAMHS Service. It is a role for someone who wants to make a diference and improve the outcomes for Children and Young People in Lincolnshire. The successful applicant will be well supported within the CYP management team.

We offer 24-hour services within our Inpatient, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours and shift patterns.
