Payroll and Finance Officer (Permanent, 30 Hrs p.wk)

Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Cumbria Health on Call (CHoC) as a Payroll and Finance Officer on a permanent basis working 30 hours per week.

About the Role

Based at our Carlisle Head Office you will be responsible for the updating and processing of the monthly payroll for 380 staff, dealing with any payroll queries, and making all payments to HMRC. Additionally, you will also carry out support tasks within the accounts team, particularly operating the sales & purchase ledger activities.

About you

You will be need significant current payroll experience in a busy office or practice, with a good knowledge of IT software and be able to communicate proficiently with colleagues and staff at all levels. Ideally with an AAT qualification, or extensive payroll and finance knowledge you will be looking for a new and exciting challenge in the health care sector.
