Are you a passionate administrator  who is looking to join a supportive and  dynamic team which thrives on improving lives of Dorset residents?

This role is a wide ranging role and you will be responding to invoice queries from providers, communicating with providers, inputting data and coding invoices. You will support a busy team to ensure the data base is up to date and accurate.

You will be confident with figures and  be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a confident telephone manner and be able to resolve issues quickly.

The successful candidate will need to be resilient, have attention to detail and a positive approach to promote a positive and supportive environment.

In order to be successful you will need to be able to solve problems, be able to think logically and follow processes through to a conclusion, work effectively and efficiently in a calm organised manner, be able to cope with constant interruptions, be able to prioritise your work effectively to meet deadlines. You will have had experience of having difficult conversations with others. 

The position will be based at Vespasian House, Dorchester or Canford House, Poole, although currently working remotely and in the office, with some travel across the county and occasional out of county travel.
