We currently have an exciting opportunity of a new role within our stores department for a Mobile Stores Operative who will play a critical role in supplying our frontline staff with medical consumables, personal protection equipment and medicines as part of a fully managed stock replenishment service to stations.

We have two positions available at our central stores based at Skypark Exeter plus two out based positions one in Bodmin and one in Dorchester. These out based positions will be supported by and also report to the central stores leadership team in Exeter.

This position involves driving, stock checking, and stock ordering using a hand held scanning device so being able to work on your own initiative is essential for

this role. There is also a physical element including the lifting of boxes, pushing of loaded cages and the movement of palletized goods.

Previous stores and driving experience, excellent planning and organisational skills and being a good communicator are essential for this position. Good I.T skills would also be desirable. Role specific training will be provided.

You will need to have held a full driving licence for more than 2 years with a maximum 3 penalty points; you must also have category C1.

The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday.
