We are looking for an experienced HR Project Adviser who can work on their own initiative to support the delivering of a number of key projects including the overhauling of the recruitment process, the implementation of a new recruitment system (Trac) and the development of our rolling recruitment programme. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will ensure the timely, efficient and effective delivery of key HR projects as well as working closely with the recruitment team to implement the Trust’s attraction strategy and develop innovative recruitment and selection methods.
Although the main focus of the role is project delivery, you will have a generalist HR background to provide managers and staff within the Corporate Division with expert advice on complex and sensitive issues employee relations issues such, disciplinary, grievance, attendance management etc if required.
