This role has a nominal base of Sheffield (S4) but the home location is flexible. Travel to the nominal base is expected from time to time. More information will be provided at interview.

We are looking for an experienced and organised Senior Business & Performance Coordinator to support and deputise for our Business & Performance Business Manager.

The role:

As the Senior Business and Performance Support Coordinator you will work closely with the Business Manager and as required the wider Corporate Team in their achievement of key objectives, including:

  • Coordinating the delivery of overall company performance against business strategies including the annual business plan and board assurance framework.
  • Coordinating the development and maintenance of CPP’s business performance framework ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and availability of key insights on CPP’s performance.
  • Coordinating data, reports and presentations for key meetings including CPP Members Board, Audit and Risk Committee and CPP Executive
  • Ownership of CPP registers, including Polices, Procedures, Conflict of Interest and Gifts and Hospitality ensuring supporting mechanisms are in place to maintain compliance and timely review.
  • Take ownership CPP Contracts Register ensuring supporting mechanisms are in place to ensure timely review.

Who you are:

It is essential you hold recognised Business Degree or have the equivalent experience.

You will be able to demonstrate; -

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • People management skills with ability to line manage direct reports
  • Experienced user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working in a complex, contract driven environment
  • Understand the need for and have experience of delivering organisational governance and quality
  • Experience of customer and stakeholder relationship management
  • Capable of responding positively to pressure and demanding deadlines
  • Experience of managing multiple tasks and/or projects at one time
