Health and Care Services are going through an unprecedented period of change to ensure we deliver sustainable services for the population of the future within Dorset. To deliver this transformational change, we need to understand the problems and challenges that we are facing, working with a population health management approach, to provide appropriate care in the right setting. We are looking for a full time Business Analyst to work within the Dorset CCG Transformation Team on system transformation.

In order to be successful in this position you will need to have experience in large transformational projects, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to deliver accurate and innovative solutions at pace to key stakeholders across Dorset's integrated care system. You should have relevant and up to date Business Analyst experience and can demonstrate at interview the skills required to support the programme. This is a permanent position.

Dorset CCG is looking for an individual that can integrate quickly within the Business Analysis team. The team follows a consultancy model providing business analysis support and expertise across the NHS in Dorset. Analysts are allocated to projects / programmes with agreed task and deliverables. The team operates in a mixed environment with people working from home and in our offices. There is an expectation that candidates will be willing to work within our offices in Dorchester or across the Dorset ICS footprint in addition to working from home.
