Opportunities have arisen for Courier Drivers in our busy Transport Department to support the distribution and collection of goods, equipment, specimens, bloods, mail etc across the RD&E Trust sites, other NHS and GP locations and external agencies across the South West.

You will play an integral part in the day to day operation of the Department, ensuring that collections and deliveries to Trust sites, GP’s, other NHS Organisation and patients are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. You will act as an ambassador of the Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, working as part of a team to ensure that we exceed expectations, carrying out your duties in a professional, polite and helpful manner.

Experience is an advantage, but not essential as long as you have the ability to learn quickly, have a strong work ethic and are physically fit. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence.

Our working hours are based on a 37.5 hrs per week basis working early and late shifts and include some weekend working on a rota basis.
