Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment

The service is for adults aged 18 and over who, without this service, would require hospital admission to an acute mental health ward, due to mental health crisis which impacts on the person’s ability to cope with day-to-day activities. This service will operate 365 days a year over a 24-hour rotation.

For our team lead posts in Urgent Care, you will need to be a motivated and dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate your team to provide high quality clinical care. The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently, also demonstrate flexibility in the way they work and able to take on different roles within the pathway, ensuring a clear leadership vision is maintained.
