Are you an experienced Administrator?

We’re looking for someone who is really organised, can solve problems and pays attention to the tiny details in their work, to come and join us as a Band 4 Senior Business Administrator.

Location:

You’ll be based at Beaumont Leys Health Centre temporarily and then Meridian Way. Free car parking on site is available.

What you’ll be doing and what you’ll need:

The role is diverse, with each day bringing new challenges. You’ll need to use your own initiative, working with confidential and highly sensitive information, showing attention to details and the ability to work accurately, whilst understanding the importance of adhering to Trust Policies and local procedures. You’ll also be:

  • Communicating with stakeholders in the organisation so you’ll need good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Supporting the senior managers within the Estates and Facilities team including Head of Facilities, Head of Estates, Head of Capital & Property to deliver high quality services and safe environments for patients and staff.
  • You’ll come across problems and you’ll need to exercise judgement in trying to solve problems
  • You’ll need to be very organised as you’ll be managing diaries, scheduling meetings, planning staff rotas and organising events
