What a great time to join our Neurological Rehabilitation Services! We're based at Western Community Hospital in Southampton and we're looking for you to join us!

Do you have previous administration experience, managing computer systems and supporting with a range of administrative tasks?

The service specialises in the treatment of people with neurological conditions, providing neurological rehabilitation in a variety of locations. Our services are designed to support patients to achieve the maximum possible level of functional ability.

As a team administrator, you can expect to support our clinicians, liaise with patients and process new referrals and discharges to the service. We need you to be an excellent communicator, dealing with daily enquiries either through the phone or via email. You will be working with clinicians, patients and families/carers so being flexible and adaptable is key.

This is a part time role, with hours to be agreed across Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30. You will be office based, but we are currently doing some home working on a rota'd basis. This can be discussed at the interview.
