Consultant Midwife - Band 8b

30 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the maternity team at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH).

You will be joining us at a very exciting time for the maternity services at ASPH. You will be part of the wider maternity team placing women and their families at the heart of services delivering safe midwifery practice innovations within all areas of maternity services at ASPH.

 

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Surrey Heartlands Local Maternity & Neonatal System to support the innovation and transformation of maternity services within Ashford and St Peters in response to local and national strategy and emerging evidence. Surrey Heartlands LMS whose vision and work as an early adopter has resulted in national recognition for collaborative services such as the award winning Surrey Heartlands Pregnancy advice line.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead on choice and personalisation, and develop our midwifery led pathways of care. You will be a very experienced midwife who has worked across all midwifery clinical areas with experience of leading change initiatives and developing pathways of care.
