Solent NHS Trust is looking to appoint an interim Chief Finance Officer/Strategic Transformation Director of Estates on a fixed term basis for up to 24 months.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive team you will be responsible for the strategic financial and estates deliverables as well as advise to the Board.

You will possess first class financial leadership and influencing skills with the ability to forge effective working relationships across a wide set of internal and external stakeholders.
