Are you passionate about careers in the NHS and ready to inspire the workforce of the future? We are now looking for a dedicated professional to work with education colleagues linking our 350+ Programme into the delivery of T Level Programmes.

You must have experience in the NHS, Education but preferably both, and understand how the workforce of the future can access various career pathways.

This is a fixed term position, for a period of 12 months.

The 350+ project enables students age 5 – 18yrs the opportunity to discover a career that suits them out the 350 plus roles available to them within our NHS. The in-school sessions bring education, engagement and excitement to the classroom as students across our region dare to look ahead again after the pandemic.

As part of the 350+ Programme, you will be responsible for the development of this new T Level role. You will create a vibrant and positive network between T Level providers and the NHS Organisation, including the wider Hampshire and Isle of Wight system for both clinical and non-clinical T-Level placements.
