We are seeking to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic Sports and Exercise Therapists to join our patient-focused and forward-thinking Integrated COPD team in Southampton. To succeed you must have excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to delivering first class pulmonary rehabilitation.
Our aim to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients who suffer from respiratory disease, including COPD to help motivate them to attain their maximum achievement for both better health and improved lives. The role involves delivering face to face and via zoom pulmonary rehabilitation programmes in Health Centres across Southampton.
initially the role is for 1 year fixed term, however, there maybe potential to extend the role in future developments
Requirements:
For this post, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to the use of a car.
The Integrated team works across both acute and community health and is made up of consultant doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and more other exercise assistants. Informal visits are welcome andcalls to the team lead Sue Batchelor are encouraged on 07799662371.
