The EBME department is seeking an enthusiastic member of the technical team to support all EBME Maintenance functions across the Trust working from the NDDH site and will support equipment across the Acute site and Community.
This position will support senior technicians and specifically the MyCare connected devices roll-out and the ongoing maintenance and support of them.
The Dept. actively supports technical and personal development via external technical training courses and Trust training avenues, including Continuous Professional Development opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess good technical skills and be an excellent communicator, working closely with other team members within EBME. They will possess good organisational skills and be able to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities giving feedback and updates to team senior staff. They will be working directly with clinical staff, maintaining a professional relationship whilst undertaking their tasks.

Our teams of care professionals work with patients and their families to support peoples’ independence, health and wellbeing. We provide support to avoid hospital admissions, and if an admission is necessary, we try to make each patient’s stay in hospital as short and effective as possible before working with them on a safe discharge home.

Our patients (through the Friends and Family Test) regularly report an average of over 95% satisfaction with our services.
