The HR Services team is a key function of the Trust, providing services, information and signposting to the entire Trust operation which covers a workforce of 6,000 across seven counties in the South West of England. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, hardworking and fast-paced team looking after the recruitment, payroll and general admin functions of the Trust.

The role of HR Services Administrator provides a comprehensive service to the Trust across recruitment and payroll processes. The primary focus for this role will be looking after all aspects of the recruitment process. This will include issuing offers and contracts of employment and ensuring pre-employment checks are completed and compliant for new starters to the Trust.

You will mainly work within recruitment however you will also have insight into the payroll and general admin functions of HR Services which will involve minute taking for hearings, and inputting information into Trust databases and electronic systems.

Applicants should have English and Maths GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent), and a good level of clerical or administration experience.

This role will be based in the office for at least 40% of the time (2 days a week on a fulltime contract), and working from home for the remainder.
