About the team
Our progressive and growing Plasma Collection Team is playing a pivotal role in the delivery of plasma through cell separation. We collect plasma to make life saving medications to support self-sufficiency for the treatment of patients in the UK. We ensure we provide an exceptional experience to our donors who make a difference to our patients lives.
About the role
You will inspire your team through positive leadership to provide exceptional and safe care for our donors and donated plasma. You will be a mentor to your team and provide support and leadership to further their development and performance. You will take ownership for the operational success of your team to ensure we deliver a first-class donor experience. Your responsibilities will include:-
