Professional Development Administrator- Band 4

The Women’s Health Quality, Safety & Learning Team at Ashford and St Peters NHS Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to join the team as a key and central role within the Learning & Development workstream. Working alongside the Clinical Practice Education Team, you will be an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual, and work effectively both within a team and independently where required.

Duties will include the organisation and administration of training for all maternity staff and students and the management and organisation of internal and external study days and courses. As the first point of contact for correspondence, a friendly and approachable style is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, a strong work ethic, a good sense of accountability and the ability to work under own their initiative with attention to detail. They will be able to form good working relationships and possess a competent level of computer skills, particularly in Microsoft office, including excel.
