An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our forward-thinking Community Division Team in a new post as the Team Leader for Nursing and Therapies in the South Locality on the Island.

The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is an advancing Integrated Trust providing Acute, Mental Health, Ambulance and Community Services.

You would be joining our Community Division at an exciting time as we progress on our journey to outstanding, having achieved a CQC rating of good overall in 2019 including Outstanding for Care in 2021. Our transformational achievements include the extensive use of technology enabled care and the development of integrated multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams, in conjunction with a wide range of partners across the Island and mainland.

This new opportunity will be pivotal to the development and implementation of the next step in integrated working. The post of leading and managing an Integrated Nursing and Therapy team is supported by an integrated administrative team as well as professional leads for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals from across the division.
