Solent’s Podiatry Service are looking for you!

If you’re an HCPC registered Podiatrist looking to develop your skills further as a specialist Podiatrist or wanting to join an NHS Podiatry service, we want to hear from you! Our East Team works across Portsmouth City, Fareham, Gosport and East Hampshire.

Clinically we are looking for specialist podiatrists with the ability to demonstrate a high level of expertise and knowledge to support the following areas of our service: ‘At Risk foot’, MSK & Nail surgery. Your role will involve the provision of expert specialist assessment, treatment and advice for patients with acute, complex or chronic foot disease affecting the foot and ankle.

We are fortunate to have 2 key multi-chair sites at the Adelaide Health Centre in Southampton and the St Mary’s Community Health Campus in Portsmouth. These are both high specification sites with various services offering care delivery. We also provide care in health centres across the area and within people’s homes.

We have a very knowledgeable and experienced team who are leaders nationally and are pivotal in ensuring that their knowledge and support is shared with the team.

The department along with our active research team are regularly involved in audit activity to shape the future of our services which we would actively encourage you to become involved in.

A relocation support package may be available for successful applicants.
