Directorate of Mental Health

Band 3 Business Administrators

Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours

Across the Directorate of Mental Health, we are looking to appoint Business Administrators to support members of the Directorate Management Team.

We are looking for highly motivated and organised individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive and pleasant manner. You will need to respond dynamically to the demands of the role and enjoy working under pressure. You will be flexible and used to working to tight deadlines,

The role will involve diary management, minute-taking and undertaking administration/ co-ordination tasks and you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office packages

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

You will be joining the Directorate at an exciting time, as we embark on the implementation of our ‘Step up to Great Mental Health’ service transformation programme.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and will be encouraged to develop your skills and supported with personal development opportunities.

Current working arrangements for the posts involve a blended approach between working at various sites across Leicestershire and remote working from home.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
