Torrington Community Nursing teams long standing band 6 is retiring and this has provided the opportunity for an experienced community nurse to join our community nursing team as a Band 6 Nurse Specialist.

The applicant must either hold the specialist practitioner qualification (SPQ) in District nursing or be willing towards this when they are in post.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Community Nurse to join and lead our nursing team alongside our other Nurse Specialist.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing our team of nurses along side our other band 6 lead. They will also be responsible for the case-load management of patients who require care in their own homes in Torrington and the surrounding areas.
