Working within the clinical training team will provide opportunities to support Trust wide training programmes and aspects of clinical practice. You will work closely with the other Clinical Tutors, the Clinical Skills Trainer and our Placement Development Team. The role will include being able to work within different clinical settings supporting staff in practice. A Professional Registration is essential for undertaking this role. This post is part time (30 hours per week).
The key areas that this post will support include:
Supporting your allocated clinical areas in both the acute and community settings
Supporting a variety of Learners within the organisation.

Our teams of care professionals work with patients and their families to support peoples’ independence, health and wellbeing. We provide support to avoid hospital admissions, and if an admission is necessary, we try to make each patient’s stay in hospital as short and effective as possible before working with them on a safe discharge home.
In our most recent staff survey, our staff voted us in the top 10% of NHS provider organisations to work for and we also came out as the top provider in the South West for our overall results. Our patients (through the Friends and Family Test) regularly report an average of over 95% satisfaction with our services.
